Off market deal with an out of state family where we helped the ownership sell the property quickly with an all cash deal while also allowing ownership the flexibility of delaying the close of escrow to move their equipment and belongings out of the property. Purchased both buildings for around $1.5MM and after fixing them up were able to achieve $2.675MM roughly 6 months later.
